DRC: Two Killed in ADF Attack

In Mabasele district of Oicha commune in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), two people were killed and several houses set on fire when the ADF rebel group launched an attack. The incident occurred on August 27, 2025, in Oicha, Beni territory. The deaths of the two people and the burning of houses were attributed to an assault by the ADF, a group opposed to the Ugandan government.
